Sean is a graduate of the University of Texas, where he earned a Bachelor of Business Administration. Prior to joining Celtic, he served as President of a Houston, Texas-based real estate management firm overseeing assets throughout the Eastern United States. He brings extensive experience in development, facilities management, and risk analysis, and currently holds a multi-state General Executive Insurance license. Sean will oversee the company’s day-to-day operations while aligning operational performance with Celtic’s long-term strategic vision. His leadership, industry expertise, and commitment to excellence will be instrumental in guiding Celtic toward continued success and expansion. In his personal time, Sean enjoys traveling with his wife, fishing, and maintaining an active lifestyle focused on physical fitness. Over the past 14 years, he has developed specialized knowledge in affordable and project-based housing, ensuring compliance, quality, and efficiency in even the most challenging environments. But beyond the accolades and experience, Stephen’s true hallmark is his leadership philosophy: loyalty above all.
