Sean is a graduate of the University of Texas, where he earned a Bachelor of Business Administration. Prior to joining Celtic, he served as President of a Houston, Texas-based real estate management firm overseeing assets throughout the Eastern United States. He brings extensive experience in development, facilities management, and risk analysis, and currently holds a multi-state General Executive Insurance license. Sean will oversee the company’s day-to-day operations while aligning operational performance with Celtic’s long-term strategic vision. His leadership, industry expertise, and commitment to excellence will be instrumental in guiding Celtic toward continued success and expansion. In his personal time, Sean enjoys traveling with his wife, fishing, and maintaining an active lifestyle focused on physical fitness. A 13-time AMA Maintenance Supervisor of the Year nominee and recipient of 20 company-level awards for excellence in maintenance supervision, Stephen has consistently set the standard in his field. Over the past 14 years, he has developed specialized knowledge in affordable and project-based housing, ensuring compliance, quality, and efficiency in even the most challenging environments. But beyond the accolades and experience, Stephen’s true hallmark is his leadership philosophy: loyalty above all. He is known for forging bonds with his team that extend across multiple companies—his team members often follow his lead from one organization to the next, a testament to the trust and mentorship he provides. Stephen is especially passionate about training new maintenance professionals – many with no prior experience – and guiding them to become experts in their own right. His legacy is not only in the buildings he’s maintained but in the professionals he’s built.
